RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Eyemasks, facemasks and hair ties cannot be returned. We also do not accept product returns that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To return your product, please get in contact with us at contact@rumahlifestyle.com and we will provide you with your returns form and the next steps.
If you would like to refund your item will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we are running a free returns offer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your item, your shipping costs will be free of charge.
REFUNDS [ IF APPLICABLE ]
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days of approval.
EXCHANGES [ IF APPLICABLE ]
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at contact@rumahlifestyle.com and we will provide you with the return address. All exchanges come with free shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS [ IF APPLICABLE ]
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS [ IF APPLICABLE ]
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We can issue you a credit note for the purchase amount.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS
If your item is defected or damaged, please get in touch with our team. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on our decision.SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS [ NOT UK MAINLAND ]
Please note, for all international orders, customs duty charges and import taxes are not included in our prices and are not covered by us. Please check the import taxes and customs duty charges of your country before purchasing.
There is no additional charges for UK orders.
All International orders are shipped via Hermes, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail depending on your choice at checkout.
UK DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders within the UK are shipped via Hermes, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail depending on your choice at checkout.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
- Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your purchase.
- If the order is placed after 12pm your purchase will be shipped the following day. - If you order before 12pm your purchase will be shipped the same day.
- Please note if you place your order after 11am on a Friday that you may not receive your purchase until Monday due to couriers not working on Sunday and a reduced service on a Saturday.
STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE + 2-5 DAY SERVICE
- Please allow 2-5 business to receive your purchase
- If the order is placed after 12pm your purchase will be shipped the following day. - If you order before 12pm your purchase will be shipped the same day.
